We have now progressed to wholetailing (closing deals using hard money/short term private loans to immediately resell on the market with minimal renovation or off-market as-is).

•  We also offer 5k flat fee property disposition services to help wholesalers close their deals! We have a process to constantly grow our network of cash investors and sell deals quickly.  Our fee is added on top of your assignment (NOT % of your assignment).
