• ​We also offer PML (private money lenders) affiliate  discounts on the following types of hard money loans..   (1)Transactional Funding (for wholesaler double closings) up to 650k in Texas or 400k in Ohio. **For Agent Outreach wholesalers, we can provide you a proof of funds letter from solid hard money lenders in your area** 2) Up to 90% for renovation projects (purchase and reno costs) for Fix-and-flippers
